These Terms of Service govern your use of the Electro Prime website, showroom, and related services. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to follow these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and can be affected by stock, carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our reasonable control. Risk in a product generally passes to you when it is delivered to you or to the person you nominate.

Any return, refund, manufacturer warranty, or Prime Care benefit is subject to the conditions presented with the relevant product or order. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be excluded in your jurisdiction.

You may use the site for personal, lawful shopping and research. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorised access, scrape it in a way that harms our service, upload malicious code, or use our content to mislead others.

The Electro Prime name, visual identity, product copy, graphics, and site software are owned by or licensed to us. We grant you a limited, non-transferable right to access the site for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

To the extent permitted by law, Electro Prime is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable loss arising from your use of the site. We do not exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that the law does not allow us to exclude.

We may update these terms when our services or legal obligations change. The current version will always be posted on this page. If a change materially affects an order you have already placed, the terms in effect when that order was accepted will apply to that order.
